Our journey starts with an initial consultation where we discuss key details such as guest numbers, locations, styling and budget. Once we have an idea what you would like to create, we will start to create layouts and book a site visit.
Our event planner will be in contact either by phone or email until every detail is clear. Some details don’t need to be decided straight away and almost everything can be changed if needed right up to the week of your event.
On the week before your event we will confirm when the build is due to start and finish which is normally 1-3 days before. Once we have everything in place a member of our team will show you how it all works and that the finishing touches are all to your taste. On the day we’re always on standby to offer assistance or we can arrange to have your planner on site.
Our Tipis
Our beautifully crafted tipis are the perfect addition to elevate your special occasions, whether it's a dreamy wedding, a professional corporate event, or an unforgettable party. With their unique charm and versatility, our tipis create an enchanting atmosphere that will leave a lasting impression on your guests.
Tipis start with a single hat set up then we use connecting kits until there’s room for everyone and everything inside. Once we get to three or more hats we can start to create different shapes that either benefit your internal ideas or the ground they'll sit in.

Extras Services
Furniture
Choosing the right style of furniture is key to achieving the look and feel you desire which is why we offer such a wide range. Whether you are aiming for a formal, sophisticated and opulent feel or a relaxed, rustic country feel, we can provide you with the furniture you need to get it right.
Bars
Hiring a mobile bar is a great way to add a sense of fun to your day and when done correctly the bar can be a real focal point of any event. We have styles and sizes for all occasions as well as the extra equipment such as draft pumps and fridges.
Catering Areas
Our catering tents are made from the same material as our Tipis so they blend in and don't spoil the overall look of the event. They can be connected directly to the main dining area for a smoother dining experience.
Power
All events require power so having a safe and reliable source is key. Our electrician will liaise with the other suppliers to make sure everyone has enough power for their equipment.
